To Request a Refund

For all certificates or coupons purchased, a refund may be requested for any unused certificate or coupon subject to the terms above. To request a refund, please send an email to Total Advertising Solutions’ Customer Service at: service@totaladsja.com and  indicate:

(a) the email address that was used to purchase the certificate or coupon,

(b) the certificate/coupon  reference and redemption numbers, and

(c) the reason for your refund request.

 

If you have trouble redeeming your certificate/coupon for any reason, please contact us at: service@totaladsja.com so that so we can work with the Merchant to resolve your issue.
